I have made a blend called Arthritis Aid for many years.  It has helped a goodly amount of people with arthritis pain from the feedback I ve heard.  However, when I was diagnosed with arthritis myself, I wanted something stronger.  I also wanted something which would address nerve pain.  I did a lot of research and found that Boswellia serrata was one of the best things for arthritis.  I added that essential oil to my collection and started experimenting on myself.  I finally came up with this blend which seems to ease a variety of aches and pains.  I kept it for myself for several months before sharing it with others.  The reviews have been fantastic so I offer it here.  It is a proprietary blend of essential oils heavy in Boswellia serrata in a mixture including sesame oil, coconut oil, and mustard oil. Massage it into arthritic joints or areas of nerve discomfort.
