Description

Jojoba is actually a wax produced by a desert shrub called  Simmondsia chinensis.  You can see that it is a wax if you expose it to low temperatures, such as putting it in your fridge: it will solidify like good olive oil does.  Because it is a wax, it doesn t go rancid like other carrier oils, so I highly recommend it.  I have also never met anyone who is allergic to Jojoba oil.
